Introducing AIDA

Project

AIDA, the AI solution to fight gastric cancer

AIDA (Artificially Intelligent Diagnostic Assistant) is a multidisciplinary AI-powered assistant, that helps clinicians diagnose precancerous inflammation, suggests personalised therapeutic strategies for medical treatment and follow-up, and makes personalised recommendations for monitoring patient health status, thus contributing to gastric cancer prevention.

How it works

Data and AI-based solutions enable a shift in this disease management.

Platform

We provide a secure and federated data & AI platform enabling our partners to make data accessible to others following a privacy-preserving approach

  • Secure collaboration enclaves for partners to make data accessible while preserving data privacy
  • Easy physical and virtual ingestion and harmonisation of data following commonly accepted standards part of UMLS
  • Collaborative analytics and AI model building using self-service machine learning tools and federated learning techniques
  • Automation of licensing and IP management
  • Sharing of analytics and AI solutions with any other partner and healthcare actor
target audience

Who is using AIDA?

Researchers understand the chronic inflammation factors triggering the health-to-disease transition and subsequently provide optimal counselling to citizens for improving their health.

Healthcare professionals have the scientific evidence and understanding of health-to-disease transition to develop and use improved guidelines for personalised prevention strategies to tackle chronic diseases.

Citizens adopt healthier lifestyles and behaviours, make healthier choices and maintain longer a healthy, independent and active life with a reduced disease burden, including at old ages or in other vulnerable stages of life.

Spread the word!

In order to make our research accessible to everyone, you can easily download a free documentation of AIDA. No registration needed.
